At Happy Pet Mart, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest standards of quality and safety for your pets. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

Return Process (Important)

Before initiating any return, customers are required to verify the issue with us.

  • Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product along with a description of the issue

  • Our team will review and verify the request

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps for return or replacement.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (caused by misuse)

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Important Notes

  • Returns without prior verification and approval will not be accepted

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
